We are a fast-growing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) committed to delivering projects with:✔ On-Time Completion✔ Within-Budget Delivery✔ Strict Adherence to Quality & Design StandardsWe are looking for experienced MEP Engineers (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing) with 7–10 years of experience who can strengthen our site execution and coordination capabilities.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and supervise MEP works at site as per approved drawings and specifications - Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestone commitments - Review and coordinate MEP drawings with civil, architectural, and structural teams - Track progress and report deviations with corrective action plans - Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and contractual requirements - Review contractor bills, BOQs, and variation claims - Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholdersCandidate Profile:- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering - 7–10 years of experience in MEP execution and coordination - Strong understanding of project planning and cost control - Experience in residential / commercial / mixed-use projects (mention your project type) - Excellent coordination and communication skills - Experience working with PMC / Developer / Large Contractor preferredIf you are committed to excellence, timelines, and quality-driven execution, we invite you to be part of our growing team.
