Role Description This is a part-time freelance remote role for a SQL Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze business data, create reports and dashboards, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making using SQL.Core Skills Required: SQL Query, Data Analysis, Data Cleaning, Data Modeling, Reporting, Dashboard Creation, Business Intelligence, Data Validation, Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting Job Type:Part-time / Freelance Compensation:INR 900 – 1050 INR per hour (Based on Experience) Working Hours:Flexible schedule for 2-3hrs between the timeframe of 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM Indian Standard Timing (IST) for night shift work.Key Responsibilities Write optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements Present findings in a clear and structured manner to non-technical teamsQualifications Strong proficiency in SQL (Joins, Subqueries, CTEs, Aggregations, Window Functions) Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards) Experience in data analysis and business reporting Understanding of databases and data management best practices Experience in handling large datasets Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbout the Company Adtitude Digital is a Technology, Data and Digital Marketing Services Provider.
