This international presence and streamlined operations position NRG Foods as a leader in the global FMCG sector, with the agility to adapt to dynamic market conditions and deliver consistent value to clients around the world.For more details, please check our websiteDescription:We are looking for a dynamic Export Sales Executive is responsible for handling organic leads and cold calling, support supplier sourcing for FMCG brands, coordinate pricing, and ensure smooth order execution through cross-functional coordination with purchase, warehouse, and operations teamsEducational Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. - Additional certification in Export-Import Management (preferred).Required Experience:- 1–3 years of experience in Export Sales / International Business / FMCG Sales / Purchase Coordination. - Experience in handling international buyers, distributors, importers, or wholesalers is preferred. - Prior exposure to export documentation, pricing coordination, and order processing will be an added advantage.Required Skills:- Strong communication and calling skills. - Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups. - Basic understanding of FMCG products, exports, Incoterms, and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) (preferred). - Good coordination and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email communication. - High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail. - Eagerness to learn and grow in the export and international business domain.- Key Responsibilities - Handle organic inbound export leads and conduct cold calling to international buyers. - Generate, nurture, and convert leads from distributors, importers, and wholesalers. - Follow up consistently with prospects to close export orders. - Support the Purchase team in identifying and onboarding suppliers/manufacturers for FMCG brands where suppliers are unavailable. - Coordinate with Pricing and Finance teams to obtain accurate export pricing. - Prepare and share quotations and Proforma Invoices with customers. - Coordinate with Purchase and Warehouse teams after order confirmation. - Track order execution and ensure timely dispatch as per sales planning. - Act as a single point of contact between customers and internal departments. - Ensure smooth communication across Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, and Finance teams. - Maintain and regularly update sales databases, including leads, customers, pricing, and order status. - Prepare reports for management review and ensure data accuracy and transparencyWhat We Value:- Professional stability and longevity in previous roles. - Strong cultural alignment with our brand and company values. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones.What we offer:- Healthy Work-Life Balance - Transparent Retention & Privilege Policies - Open-Door Culture - On-Time Salary Assurance - Positive & Supportive Workplace - Comprehensive Provident Fund (PF) Benefits - Health & Insurance Coverage - Global Exposure Opportunities - Structured Career Growth Path - Retirement & Long-Term Benefits - Dynamic, Fast-Growing Global Organization
