Job Description

As an AD in our Monitoring & Evaluation team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:Assist in designing and implementing MEL frameworks under guidance.Conduct secondary/desk research and basic data analysis to support project insights.Support documentation and reporting efforts for client deliverables and proposal developmentWork with datasets to clean, organize, and prepare for analysis.Contribute to stakeholder engagement through coordination and follow-ups.Help in preparing presentations and reports using MS Office tools.Participate in field visits and data collection exercises as required.Maintain organized records and documentation for project tracking.Desired qualifications10+ years of work experience, preferably in social-sector consulting/ monitoring & evaluation space. Master’s degree in business management/administration, data sciences, finance, economics, social work, public policy, international relations or related disciplines Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.Exposure to government or development sector projects is a plus.Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.Excellent spoken and written EnglishStrong data handling, strategy design, problem-solving skills, and teamworkExcellent academic track record Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem-solving approachAdaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines
