Our in-house brands—Ganga andFotia—offer high-quality roofing solutions, steel accessories, tiles, bathroom essentials, and allied building materials.Role OverviewThe Branch In-Charge will be responsible for overall branch operations, driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, managing team performance, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining profitability and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee complete branch operations (Sales, Inventory, Logistics & Administration)Drive sales targets and achieve revenue & margin goalsDevelop and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, contractors, and OEM partnersMonitor stock levels, ensure optimum inventory turnover, and reduce dead stockEnsure timely procurement and coordination with the warehouse/logisticsLead, train, and manage branch team membersMaintain financial discipline, billing accuracy, and cost controlEnsure compliance with company policies and statutory requirementsPrepare and present branch performance reports to the DirectorKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skillsSales-driven mindset with business acumenExperience in building materials/steel/OEM industry preferredInventory and supply chain management knowledgeStrong negotiation and customer relationship skillsProficiency in MS Office and ERP systemsAbility to analyze sales data and improve branch performanceQualificationGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)How to ApplyInterested candidates may share their updated CV along with the following details:Current CTCExpected CTCNotice PeriodPlease email your application to: aditya.yadav@Subject Line: Application for “Branch In-Charge”
