Job Description for IT Applications Analyst, Oracle Fusion Technical:Required Qualifications:Someone with a proven working experience (3+ yrs) as an Applications Analyst in IT or Oracle DeveloperSomeone with a solid technical background, with working knowledge (or hands-on experience) of Oracle Fusion ERP.With hands-on knowledge in creating reports, and supporting Finance, SCM, Procurement modules via BI Publisher using different templates. Familiar with Oracle tables of the mentioned modulesKnowledgeable in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)With strong knowledge in PL/SQL and can optimize codes and ensure smooth running of PL/SQLs Someone with solid experience with different industries like the financial sector, manufacturing, distributions and BPO industry. Someone who can adapt to the IT Internal process quickly within a month.We need someone with excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Someone with solid project management and organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Someone with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project or similar software. Can start ASAP or within 30 days.Key Responsibilities:As an Oracle Fusion Applications Analyst (technical), you will plan, implement and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. You will coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.You will lead the team in analyzing project requirements - including scoping, setting up discovery meetings and work estimation. You will develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. You will also develop a detailed project plan to track progress of each project.You will use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. You will measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.You will report and escalate to management as needed. You will manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.You will establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.You will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - including Business Requirements Documents and project status.
