The role involves generating new business from builders and contractors, managing client accounts, coordinating site deliveries, and supporting regional sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and convert residential & commercial project leadsManage customer relationships and ensure repeat businessCoordinate with plant, dispatch, QC, and fleet teams for smooth deliveriesMaintain sales reports, pipeline tracking, and market feedbackSupport collections and ensure compliance with credit termsRequirementsGraduate / Diploma (MBA Marketing preferred)2–6 years of experience in RMC or construction materials salesStrong communication, negotiation, and coordination skillsGood understanding of the Bangalore construction market
