Support the team in end-to-end project management for urban development projects, from conceptualization to completion.Prepare architectural and urban design concepts, including master plans, land-use layouts, and detailed drawings.Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design and planning decisions.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, landscape architects, and government authorities to ensure project coordination and regulatory compliance.Prepare planning proposals, technical reports, and documentation for approvals and presentations.Integrated sustainable design strategies and environmental considerations into architectural and planning solutions. Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to present design proposals, gather feedback, and refine concepts.Broad technical knowledge of all technical areas within Urban development project.Good Knowledge of other disciplines and their work interfaces with Urban developmentShould be able to lead the project team and provide strong technical support to the team in terms of production, review and mentoring.Should have necessary experience in facing client to convince the design considerationShould have exposure to India Projects (Mandatory) and Overseas Project (Preferable)
