Video Editor (Freelancer) – Short-Form Social Media Content Location: Remote (India) Type: Freelance / Part-time Company: Talent Bridge, NCAbout the Role:We are looking for a skilled and creative freelance Video Editor to produce high-quality, production-ready short-form video content for social media platforms. You will work from raw footage and a provided script to deliver polished reels that are visually engaging, on-brand, and ready to publish; no back-and-forth required.What We Provide:Raw subject video footage Script and content direction Reference sample videos to match style and toneWhat You Will Deliver:3 production-ready Reels per day 10 to 15 additional Reels per month (bonus/extra content)Each video must include professional color grading, visually appealing transitions, background replacement where required, voice enhancement and audio alignment, and relevant on-screen content added according to the script and reference samplesReference Style: All edits must match the quality, pacing, and aesthetic of the following sample reels:Key Responsibilities:•Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok etc. based on provided scripts and raw footage•Apply color grading to ensure a cinematic, polished look consistent with reference samples•Add smooth, visually appealing transitions that suit the content style•Insert relevant text, graphics, or visual elements as directed by the scripttea•Perform background replacement using AI or manual techniques as needed•Enhance and align voice/audio for a clean, professional sound•Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables•Meet fast turnaround deadlines without compromising qualityRequirements:•Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve•Strong working knowledge of AI editing tools such as Runway, Descript, Opus, or Adobe AI•Solid understanding of framing, pacing, transitions, and sound design•Experience with background removal and replacement•Ability to match an existing visual style from reference videos•Strong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyBonus Skills: Motion graphics, Thumbnail design, Advanced color grading Freelancer Rate (Market Range):Based on the scope (3 Reels/day + 5–7 bonus Reels/month):•Per Reel Rate: Rs. 300 – Rs. 700 per reel (depending on complexity)•Monthly Retainer: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 65,000/month (based on ~90 reels/month + bonus)•If hiring internationally: $150 – $400/month for part-time; $400 – $900/month for full delivery scopeFreelancer Rate (Suggested Range): Per Reel Rate: Rs. 500-700 per reel (depending on complexity)Monthly Retainer: Rs. 15000 - 21000 INR per month
