Position: SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management Specialist (US & Canada)Locations: RemoteJob Type: Full TimeShift Timing: Night ShiftWork Type: RemoteExperience: 8+ YearsOverview TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout India and many other countries in the world.Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Payroll and Time Management professional with 8+ years of relevant expertise in managing payroll processes for the United States & Canada.The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Payroll and Time Management, with hands-on experience in US Tax and BSI (Business Software, Inc.) Tax Factory integration.Basic exposure to SuccessFactors is preferred.This role requires direct collaboration with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, issue resolution, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management (US & Canada): Must haveConfigure, maintain, and support SAP Payroll for US and Canadian employees.Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll regulations.Perform payroll runs, reconciliations, and audits to guarantee accuracy.Manage year-end activities including W-2, T4, and other statutory reporting.Maintain and support US Tax and BSI tax factory integration for accurate tax calculations.Time Management: Mast haveConfigure and support SAP Time Management, including work schedules, absence quotas, and time evaluation.Integrate time data with payroll to ensure seamless processing.Troubleshoot and resolve time-related issues in collaboration with HR teams.SAP Benefits Configuration: Good to haveConfigure and support SAP Benefits, including health, insurance, retirement, and savings plans.Ensure accurate integration of benefits with payroll and compliance with US and Canadian regulations.Collaborate with HR teams to manage employee benefits enrollment and reporting.Stakeholder Collaboration: Must haveWork directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and resolve issues.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.Provide training, documentation, and support to HR and Finance teams.System Enhancements & Support: Mast havePartner with IT and business teams for system upgrades, patches, and testing.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.SuccessFactors (Basic Exposure): Good to haveSupport integration points between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.Utilize SuccessFactors for reporting and basic HR process alignment.Qualifications8+ years of relevant experience in SAP Payroll (US & Canada) and SAP Time Management (Must have)Strong expertise in US Tax and BSI tax factory integration (Must have)Experience in SAP Benefits configuration is a plusBasic experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plusStrong understanding of payroll compliance and statutory requirements in both countries.Experience working directly with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and issue resolution.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field (preferred).Desired AttributesDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.Proactive in identifying process improvements.Comfortable working in fast-paced, global environments.TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
