JOB DESCRIPTION – Sales PositionsJob Position(Experience: 3-8 years) Key Account ManagerLocation Bangalore(1), Gurgaon(1), Chennai(1) ,Hyderabad(1)Objective / Purpose of duty: Sales and Business Development Executive – Safety andSurveillance SolutionsRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to take on the role of Sales andBusiness Development Executive for Safety and Surveillance solutions. The role entails drivingsales, building client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions in CCTV, FAS, AccessControl, Boom Barrier and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track recordin solution selling, account management, and business development.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Business Development:o Drive sales and business development activities for Safety and Surveillancesolutions, including FAS, CCTV, Access Control Systems, and related technologies.o Identify and develop new accounts, leading to successful sales closures andachievement of assigned sales targets.2. Account Management:o Map and build strong relationships across key stakeholders (IT, Purchase, Finance)in client accounts.o Manage existing accounts to ensure continued growth and customer satisfaction.3. Client Engagement:o Understand client requirements and effectively position appropriate solutions to meettheir needs.o Present solutions through tailored demonstrations and proposals.4. Sales Planning and Reporting:o Develop and implement sales plans, including monthly forecasts, weeklycommitments, and pipeline development.o Prepare reports to monitor performance against targets.5. Business Goals:o Achieve key business parameters, including revenue, gross margins, and paymentcollections.• Market Focus:o Target key market segments such as Medium & Large Enterprises, Government &Defence, and Infrastructure sectors.Skills and Experience Required:• Technical Expertise: Working knowledge of physical security solutions, including:o IP-based Video Surveillance/CCTVo Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)o Access Control Systemso Public Address (PA) Systemso Boom Barriers and related systems• Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales and business development with large and mediumorganizations.• Solution Selling: Experience in selling complex IT solutions, with a focus on understandingand addressing customer needs.• Commercial Acumen: Knowledge of commercial processes and bid preparation.• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, andpresentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in Government and Infrastructure sectors is a plus.• Experience with large ELV contractors like LTTS, KMV, KPC, NCC etc(for Hyderabadlocation )• Relevant certifications in security and surveillance systems.Other Attributes:• A strong team player who contributes to organizational and team success.• Dedicated, committed, and disciplined with a goal-oriented attitude.• Punctual and professional in approach.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.• Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation and presentation skillsImportant Notes:• Inside Sales profiles are NOT required.• Doing sales with Channel Partners & OEM sales profiles are NOT required.• Candidate must have strong experience and knowledge of the Indian market.• We will NOT take candidates who is having experience in out of Indian market.Experience:• 3 to 8 years…preferably from a System Integrator and in Safety and surveillance domain.Would not want channel sales profiles.
