You will work closely with leadership to support financial decision-making, business performance tracking, and interface with external stakeholders including investors.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp define and model medium and long term financial plan/strategy of the companyPartner with FP&A and business stakeholders to drive quarterly forecasts and department level frameworks for Annual Operating PlanAnalyze past to present financial performance, derive insights, and help make data-backed recommendationsSupport investor relations by preparing investor presentations, memos and quarterly Board meeting materialsCollaborate with cross-functional teams – Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations – to align business strategy with financial goalsTrack and report key metrics (e.g., SaaS KPIs, ARR, CAC, etc) and prepare dashboards for leadership and investors.Benchmark against market and competition; support strategic initiatives like M&A,etc.Drive ad-hoc strategy projects for CEO, COO and CFOSkill & Experience NeededStrong understanding of finance, accounting, and business valuation conceptsProficiency in financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and storytelling through dataExceptional problem-solving and first-principles thinkingExcellent communication skills (oral & written); ability to engage with VP/CXO stakeholdersEducation: Exposure to Finance & accounting subjects in Undergrad or Post-grad.
