We emphasize the critical role of parental involvement and guided support in fostering a child's growth and development.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Experienced Pediatric Physiotherapist for a full-time, on-site position located in Faridabad, India. The role includes assessing and developing individualized therapy plans for children to improve their physical development. Key responsibilities include guiding gross and fine motor skill development, implementing neuro-developmental treatments, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The therapist will also engage parents as active participants in their child’s progress and provide regular updates and support during the treatment journey.QualificationsExpertise in Pediatric Physical Therapy, including exercises to improve gross and fine motor skills and neuro-developmental treatmentsProficiency in analyzing developmental needs and formulating individualized therapy plansStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both children and parentsExperience working in a multidisciplinary team environmentCompassionate and patient-focused approach, with the ability to adapt techniques to each child's needsRelevant degree in Physiotherapy, with a focus or specialization in PediatricsPrior work experience in a pediatric therapy or child development setting is preferred
