The B2B Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing Adobe Marketo Engage campaigns aimed at driving engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will be collaborating closely with marketing, demand management, and other cross-functional partners to successfully develop, execute, and measure Marketo programs designed to meet business objectives and goals. Primary Responsibilities:Develop and deploy single, drip, event, and nurture email programs using Adobe Marketo Engage, while evaluating wins and opportunitiesServe as the email marketing expert by providing strategy and guidance on best practices, while staying up to date with Marketo features, capabilities, and the latest industry and digital marketing trendsComplete daily quality assurance checks on assets and programs built by team members and partner stakeholdersCreate and manage proper audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing for continuous performance improvementCollaborate with Marketing and Demand management stakeholders to align on project requests and tasks, ensuring campaigns align with overall strategy and business goalsMonitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvement and increased effectivenessComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
