Responsibilities will include identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent through full-life cycle recruiting to meet client needs. Daily tasks will consist of managing job postings, screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure a seamless candidate experience. The Engineering Recruiter will utilize robust technical recruiting strategies to seek high-performing individuals for engineering and technical roles.Night Shift: 7:30PM to 04:30PM ISTQualificationsExperience in Full-Life Cycle US Non IT Recruiting and Recruiting processes.Understanding on US tax terms, W2, C2C, C2H, 1099.Understanding on Visa terms, OPT, CPT,H1B, H4EAD, USC and GC's.Strong expertise in Sourcing Hiring and Interviewing practices.Proficiency in Technical Recruiting for engineering and technical rolesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with Top Talent available in the US Job Market.Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting softwareBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferredExperience recruiting within industries such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical's, Automotive or aerospace is a plusUnderstanding and past experience working on roles such as Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer, Reliability engineer, Process engineers, Validation Engineers etc..Send Resumes to: swetha@
