Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Civil Engineer based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee and manage building construction projects, ensuring compliance with design plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and supervising construction activities, managing resources and timelines, and coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful completion of projects. QualificationsProven expertise in Civil Engineering Design and working as a Civil EngineerHaving 3+ years of experience in residential projects Strong experience in project planning and coordination for construction projectsComprehensive knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and solutionsIn-depth understanding of Civil Engineering concepts and practicesStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesProficiency in engineering software and project management toolsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldRelevant certifications or licenses in Civil Engineering are desirablePrior experience in residential and commercial building projects is preferred
