Role Overview We are seeking a Partnerships Associate – Healthcare to support the growth of our healthcare-focused venture. This role will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective healthcare organizations and key decision-makers, initiating strategic outreach, and scheduling qualified discovery discussions for the Business Development team. This position is ideal for early-career professionals who demonstrate strong research capabilities, structured communication skills, and a genuine interest in healthcare innovation. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research to identify prospective hospitals, healthcare providers, diagnostic chains, healthtech startups, pharmaceutical technology firms, and medical institutions. Map key decision-makers including Hospital Administrators, Medical Directors, CXOs, Innovation Leads, and IT Heads. Develop and maintain accurate prospect databases within the CRM, ensuring proper tagging, segmentation, and documentation. Execute structured multi-channel outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other professional platforms. Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for senior Business Development stakeholders. Maintain consistent follow-ups with early-stage prospects through personalized and structured outreach cadences. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and strengthen outreach messaging. Track outreach performance metrics and contribute to pipeline reporting. Stay informed about healthcare industry developments, digital health trends, and regulatory considerations. Eligibility Criteria 0–2 years of experience; relevant internship experience will be considered. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated interest in healthcare, digital health, or AI-driven innovation. Strong research and analytical skills. Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders in a professional environment. Required Skills & Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and structured documentation practices. Basic understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and stakeholder landscape. Ability to perform effectively in a metrics-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn outreach tools is preferred.
