Hiring - Architectural Visualizer (B.Arch Required) | Rhino · Grasshopper · D5 RenderINTRODUCTIONKlimArt Architects - a 25+ year architecture practice with 250+ institutional, commercial, and infrastructure projects delivered across India — is looking for an Architectural Visualizer to join our Design HQ in Bangalore.We need someone who can translate architectural plans and construction drawings into photorealistic renderings and immersive walkthroughs that help clients, developers, and institutional stakeholders understand the built environment before construction begins.ABOUT THE ROLEYou'll work directly with architects and engineers to visualize real-world building projects — tech hubs, corporate campuses, educational institutions, mixed-use developments — from concept design through detailed building modelling.This role sits at the intersection of design development and client communication. Your renders will be used in proposals, stakeholder presentations, and construction approvals as well as by our media and business development team.WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild parametric architectural models in Rhino + Grasshopper from CAD drawings, architectural plans, and design briefsCreate photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs in D5 Render that communicate spatial quality, materiality, lighting, and environmental designCollaborate with architects and project teams to ensure visualizations accurately reflect design intent, building codes, and structural requirementsAssist in façade development and massing studies — you're not just rendering someone else's models, you're helping shape the architectureDevelop animations and dynamic presentations for client pitches and institutional approvalsMaintain a digital asset library of architectural models, materials, and textures for institutional and commercial building typologiesPost-production work in Photoshop to enhance architectural clarity and visual impactYOU MUST HAVEBachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) — Non-negotiable1–4 years of experience in architectural visualization or working in an architecture firmRhino 3D — advanced proficiency in architectural modelingGrasshopper — parametric design capabilitiesD5 Render — demonstrated project output in portfolioAutoCAD — ability to read construction drawings and architectural plansAdobe Photoshop — post-production and image enhancementPortfolio showcasing architectural projects — institutional buildings, commercial developments, campuses, infrastructureBONUS SKILLS (Will Make You Stand Out)Lumion, Twinmotion, or Enscape3ds Max + V-RayRevit (BIM experience)After Effects (animation)SketchUp (quick massing)Python or advanced GH scriptingExperience with sustainable architecture or climate-responsive designWHO YOU AREYou understand spatial design, building proportions, and construction methodology — not just how to make something look good, but how buildings actually work.You have strong design instincts.
