The candidate will be responsible for diagnosis, treatment planning, dialysis management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseasesSupervise and manage dialysis procedures (hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis)Handle ICU nephrology cases and renal emergenciesProvide pre- and post-transplant patient careMaintain accurate clinical documentation and patient recordsCoordinate with other departments for integrated patient care
