About Us: Role Overview We’re hiring a full-time Outbound Cold Email Specialist to:Generate clients for CalibrateRun outbound campaigns pitching Calibrate’s servicesBook qualified sales callsHelp grow our U.S. client baseManage client campaigns (Key Account Role)Own day-to-day outbound campaigns for clientsBuild, launch, optimize, and scale campaignsHandle parts of client communication and reportingCollaborate with client marketing/sales teamsThis is not an entry-level role. You must have run outbound campaigns before.What You’ll Be Responsible ForBuilding and scaling cold email systemsSetting up domains, inboxes, and deliverability infrastructureWriting & structuring cold email sequencesA/B testing messaging and anglesManaging reply handling and follow-upsTracking metrics (reply rate, meetings booked)Client reporting & communicationCollaborating internally on campaign strategyRequired ExperienceYou must have prior hands-on experience with:Running cold outbound campaigns for clients or your own agencyTools like Instantly or SmartleadPulling and enriching lead listsUsing Clay () for enrichment & automationBasic understanding of deliverability (SPF, DKIM, warming, inbox rotation)Working with U.S. clients (preferred)If you’ve only written copy but never owned the full outbound system, this role is not for you.Location and CommitmentFull-time roleBased in Gurugram (in-office preferred)Working with U.S. clients across time zones
