With a focus on quality, transparency, and performance, we prioritize building long-term partnerships that fuel sustainable growth in a competitive digital world.We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who has worked in startups before and understands what it means to build from 0 to 1 and scale from 1 to 10.Role OverviewAs a Performance Marketer at Vynce Digital, you will own paid acquisition, growth experiments, funnel optimisation, and revenue scaling. You must be comfortable working in ambiguity, handling budgets responsibly, moving fast, and taking full accountability for results.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media OwnershipPlan, launch, and optimise campaigns across:Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)LinkedIn AdsTikTok AdsAmazon AdsOwn end-to-end campaign execution from strategy to scaling.Manage and optimise performance budgets for maximum ROAS.Growth & ExperimentationBuild and test new acquisition channels.Run A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, funnels, and audiences.Continuously optimise CAC, CPL, and conversion rates.Implement growth hacking strategies suited to early-stage startups.Funnel & Conversion OptimisationWork closely with design and development teams to improve landing pages.Optimise full-funnel metrics: impressions → clicks → conversions → retention.Improve attribution modelling and tracking setup.Analytics & ReportingBuild dashboards using GA4, Meta Events Manager, Google Tag Manager.Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights.Make data-driven decisions based on performance metrics.Forecast spend vs revenue impact.Startup CollaborationWork closely with founders and leadership team.Participate in strategic growth discussions.Adapt quickly to shifting priorities.Take ownership beyond defined responsibilities.Must-Have Requirements4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.Experience working with international markets (US, UK, Australia, UAE, Europe, etc.) and understanding geo-specific performance strategies.Knowledge of scaling paid campaigns across multiple countries with localisation strategies.Familiarity with international compliance requirements (GDPR, regional ad policies, tracking restrictions).Strong understanding of landing page psychology, ad creatives, and messaging for different international audiences.Familiarity with automation tools, AI-driven ad optimisation, and performance scaling systems.Proven experience working in startups (Seed / Series A / Early Growth).Demonstrated ability to scale ad spend profitably.Strong hands-on experience with:Google AdsMeta AdsLinkedIn AdsTikTok AdsAmazon Ads Deep understanding of:CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CVRAttribution modelsFunnel optimisationExperience managing monthly budgets (mention expected range if needed).Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
