Honesty, sincerity, integrity and collaborative problem solving approach are values that are held above everything else.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for Civil Construction Projects across India and East Africa. The responsibilities include planning, executing, and managing projects to completion. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project drawings, progress of work on site, workmanship, adherence to project schedules, coordinate with architects office and other stakeholders, ensure timely delivery, and manage resources. The role also involves monitoring project activities, addressing challenges, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.QualificationsProficiency in Construction Project Management and the ability to oversee Civil Construction Projects from initiation to completionExperience with understanding detail drawings,specifications, good construction practices, workmanship of works, components of civil construction, Mechanical - Electrical - Plumbing - HVAC coordination and integration, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materialsKnowledge of Inspection and quality control processes to maintain standardsSkills including site and design drawings coordination Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a similar role or industry is advantageousBachelor’s / Master's degree in project management with an onsite experience of 3 years experience is mandatory.
