The ideal candidate is a business-aligned TA leader who understands hiring for analytics, consulting, leadership, and client-facing roles in a fast-scaling environment.Key Responsibilities● Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers.● Define and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growthplans.● Partner with executive leadership to translate business goals into workforce plans.● Build scalable hiring models for rapid yet high-quality growth.● Lead hiring for senior and niche roles, including Data Scientists, Gen AI Engineers, DataEngineers, Analytics Consultants, Client Partners, Sales leaders, Delivery & PracticeLeaders● Drive executive and leadership hiring in India and the US.● Build strong external talent pipelines and market intelligence.● Improve hiring speed, quality, and predictability.● Manage cross-border hiring across India and the US.● Ensure compliance with regional hiring practices and employment norms.● Lead, mentor, and scale the Talent Acquisition team.Required Qualifications● Master’s degree in Human Resources.● 20+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.● 4+ years leading TA teams in technology, analytics, or consulting environments.● Demonstrated experience hiring for analytics/data/technology roles.● Experience supporting global and US hiring markets.● Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership.Preferred Qualifications● Experience in a high-growth startup or boutique services firm.● Exposure to analytics, AI/ML, or data consulting talent ecosystems.● Experience building TA functions from scale-up stages (100 → 500+ employees).Why Join Us● Opportunity to shape hiring strategy at a growth-stage analytics firm● Direct interaction with executive leadership● Global exposure across India and the US markets● High-impact role influencing company growth trajectory
