The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless execution of internal and external investment campaigns and providing data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating internal forums including Morning Meetings and support in the production of timely Asia investment content. Additionally, the incumbent shall assume content management responsibilities maintaining oversight of Asia publications according to regulatory and policy guidelines.To be successful in the role, the incumbent will need to develop strong and highly effective relationship with the CIO, research, investment advisory and GACS teams. The incumbent will need to be task oriented with a keen eye for detail and be able to independently drive the tasks and deliver results. The incumbent also needs to focus continuously on process improvements to deliver the tasks and drive efficiency.KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITIONPeople ManagementWork collaboratively with the GACs teams, and colleagues from Research, CIO and Investment Advisory.Client Management (internal)Morning Meetings: Coordinate the preparation calls, scheduling of online/offline sessions, consolidation of presentation material, and distribute summary (via e-mail).Support the creation and distribution of internal daily newsletter with multi-asset class updates.Campaign implementation on JB internal tools: RM mailing, spotlight pages, intranet news, banners and digital screens.Internal forums: Schedule and maintain meetings, compile and analyse data from dashboards to generate transactional flow analysis, collate inputs, distribution of meeting agenda to attendee list and writing of minutes.Data Analysis support: Collate and prepare data from various sources for reporting and analysis including transaction flows, product launch flows and campaign metrics to support data-driven decision making. Marketing materials support: Maintain and update client-approved content using inhouse content tools (e.g. Censhare) where required. Support bespoke investment content production as and when required.
