We specialise in high-performance belt systems, technical servicing, and customised material handling solutions for heavy industrial applications.Our focus is on reliability, performance, and long-term partnerships with large process industries.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Field Engineer and Business Development Professional.The primary responsibility for the first 6 months will be field servicing and technical support of bucket elevators and conveyor belt systems across cement, steel, power, and other bulk material handling industries.Key Responsibilities:Installation supervision and commissioning support for steel cord elevator belts and conveyor beltsTroubleshooting belt-related issues including alignment, splicing, bucket fixing, tensioning, and performance failuresConducting site inspections and recommending corrective solutionsCoordinating with plant maintenance teams and shutdown schedulesPreparing service reports and technical documentationSupporting emergency breakdown calls when requiredAfter successful completion of the initial servicing period (approx. 6 months), the candidate will gradually transition into a Business Development role, which will include:Identifying new project and replacement opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining relationships with plant heads, maintenance managers, and procurement teamsSupporting techno-commercial discussionsDriving sales growth in assigned territoriesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyor belts, bucket elevators, or related bulk material handling systemsStrong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skillsWillingness to travel extensively to industrial plantsGood communication and reporting skillsAbility to work independently at plant sitesBasic understanding of industrial sales and client management (preferred)English proficiency is a plus
