We help airlines automate IRROPS communication, improve AI containment, and drive ancillary revenue across WhatsApp, Web, Email and Voice channels.We operate in a competitive global environment alongside established travel-tech players — and are building with commercial sharpness and product discipline.Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-agency Strategic Business Analyst who will work directly with the Founder and leadership team on:Commercial pricing modelsAirline proposal structuringRevenue expansion analysisROI and containment modellingBRDs driven by commercial impactThis is not a Scrum coordination role.This is not a documentation-only role.This role sits at the intersection of product, revenue and strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Financial StructuringBuild SaaS / usage-based pricing modelsModel airline ROI (containment, call center savings, upsell impact)Structure negotiation and margin analysisDevelop pilot vs full rollout economicsProposal & Presentation DevelopmentCreate executive decks for airline clientsBuild expansion pitch frameworksSupport QBR data preparationDevelop board-ready commercial narrativesRevenue & Account AnalyticsTrack revenue per airline accountBuild NRR / upsell dashboardsIdentify revenue leakageSupport growth initiatives within accountsProduct GovernanceConvert airline discussions into structured BRDsPrioritize features based on revenue impactCreate commercial impact matrix for roadmap decisionsIdeal Candidate ProfileEngineering degree + MBA preferred4–7 years experience in SaaS / consulting / product strategy / commercial analyticsStrong Google Sheet automation and financial modelling capabilityStrong presentation & storytellingStructured thinking with high ownershipComfortable working directly with senior leadershipExposure to airline / travel-tech is a plus but not mandatory.What Success Looks Like (6 Months)100% of airline proposals follow a standardized pricing & ROI model framework.A reusable executive deck architecture is in place for new deals and account expansions.Product roadmap decisions are backed by a documented commercial impact matrix.Revenue visibility exists at account level (NRR, containment %, upsell penetration).The Founder no longer builds first-draft pricing sheets or proposal decks.
