Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Furniture Designer based in the Bangalore Urban district. As a Furniture Designer, you will conceptualize, design, and develop functional, innovative, and aesthetically pleasing furniture pieces. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, creating design prototypes, overseeing the production process, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will also work closely with carpentry and product development teams to bring designs to life while adhering to project timelines. Qualifications Expertise in Furniture Design and Product Design processes, with knowledge of materials and production techniquesWorking knowledge or experience in Carpentry and Furniture making, ensuring practical and high-quality designsBackground in Interior Design, with a focus on integrating furniture concepts seamlessly into diverse spacesStrong understanding of design software and tools to create detailed sketches, models, and technical drawingsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and cross-functional teamsDegree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field is preferredPrevious experience in the luxury furniture or interior design industry is a plus
