Your work profileKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation of process mining solutions using Celonis, Signavio, or similar platforms.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand process landscapes and define analytical models.Design and develop event logs, data models, dashboards, and BPMN visualizations to uncover inefficiencies and improvement areas.Conduct process assessments, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable insights using data-driven analysis.Support S/4HANA transformation programs, IT service management, and other strategic initiatives through process mining.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration with source systems.Act as a subject matter expert in process analytics, sharing best practices and mentoring junior team members.Engage with cross-functional teams to explore joint opportunities for value realization and continuous improvement.Skill Required5+ years of experience in process transformation, data analytics, or enterprise systems.Proven expertise in Celonis, Signavio, or other process mining platforms.Strong understanding of business processes such as P2P, O2C, Production, Finance, and ITSM.Hands-on experience in data engineering, SQL, ETL, and dashboard development.Familiarity with BPMN modeling, KPIs, and process performance metrics.Ability to work across business and technical teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in supporting greenfield S/4HANA deployments is a plus.Location: Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, PuneDetailed skillsBachelor’s degree in Business Informatics/ Computer Science/ Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics/ Mathematics, or a comparable degree programMandatory experience in atleast one of the process mining tools (Signavio, Celonis, etc.)Have overall 5+ years and minimum 3+ years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar areaHave a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process MiningStrong experience on ETL and data modelling activities, build data transformations, event log creation.Certifications in Signavio Process Intelligence, Signavio Process Insights, Celonis Data Engineer and Implementation Analyst are preferredKnowledge of SQL or other RDBMS is mandatoryGood knowledge on data warehousing schema concepts and modellingGood knowledge on various ERP systems (SAP ECC/ S4HANA, Oracle EBS/ R12, Salesforce, Peoplesoft, Coupa, CRM etc.)Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R, MATLAB, etc.) are added advantageCertifications on Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt are added advantageStrong client relationship skillsGreat team player, providing assistance and guidance to peersHave strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers Education DetailsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science/Analytics or similar domainMBA with focus on IT is a plus
