Architectural Design Develop and oversee architectural concepts, designs, and plans for various real estate projects, ensuring they align with client requirements, local regulations, and industry best practices. Project Management Lead project teams and collaborate with other professionals, including engineers, interior designers and contractors, to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget. Client Engagement Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their objectives. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle, to ensure successful delivery. Site Inspections Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.Regulatory ComplianceStay updated on local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes to ensure projects adhere to legal requirements and obtain necessary approvals. SustainabilityIntegrate sustainable design principles into projects, striving for energy efficient and environmentally responsible solutions. Quality Assurance Maintain high-quality design standards and ensure the delivery of projects that meet or exceed client expectations.Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in architectural design software (Auto-CAD, Sketch-up and Microsoft Office suite are required). Good knowledge of building codes regulations and construction methods. Exceptional verbal and written communication, teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Knowledge of sustainability and green building practices is a plus.
