We offer a complete range of solutions beginning with empty capsules; granulation and tablet coating; capsule filling; tabletting; packaging films; blister packing and carton packing to the end-of-line solutions and track and trace systems.We have an opportunity in ACG Corporate of a Senior Functional Consultant, SAP - SD, ACG GroupJob ObjectiveSAP configuration and developments in SAP SDSAP Support and ImplementationsBusiness Process improvements and AutomationsPrimary responsibilitiesStrategic and planningSAP configuration and developmentsSAP Support, Implementations and frequent local travel for Business meetings.Business Process improvements and AutomationsEnd user trainings and documentationIntegration of SAP with other applications and systems.FunctionalAnalyse the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need. Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, testing, trainings, presentations, and instruction on SAP products to clients.Handle day to day Helpdesk issues reported by users. Resolve the issues within SLA, provide feedback, clarifications, guidance for the users for their issues on SAP SD modulesRepeat calls analysis and need to support around 300-400 respective users on day-to-day issues resolution and new Business process mappings.Prepare functional specifications based on user requirements and guide ABAP programmer to do programming as per the user requirements. Prepare integration specifications for SD integration with other application in the organization landscape.Business Process automations in sales and distribution function, SAP SD module usage improvements and handling of Change Management.Should be ready to travel more than 40%.Learn and implement new technologies supporting the Sales and distribution processes and participate in the implementation of the same.Unit testing of the developments doneUnderstanding user requirementsEnd user documentationsProcess improvements and SAP optimizationsKey Result Areas Timely creation and resolving of SD issues faced by Business usersGaining Business users confidence and satisfactionInnovative ideas of automating the certain processes in SAPKey InterfacesInternal Interfaces: All ACG usersExternal Interfaces: SAP support vendor consultantsKey CompetenciesStrong knowledge in SAP modules SD and MM is mustCommunication SkillsMinimum 2-3 End-to-End SAP Implementation cycle.Willingness to learn new things quicklyShould handle independently SAP configurations Service OrientedGood knowledge on SAP ABAP, user exits, enhancements etcTeam PlayerExperienced in new Sap technology areas like S4HANA, CRM etcInnovativeEducational and Experience RequirementsB Tech/ BE/ Graduate in Computer ScienceCertification in SAP SD.Having good ABAP knowledge is advantage. Experience in new technology areas like S4HANA, SAP BW and FIORI are highly preferred.Preferable to have additional knowledge of other SAP modules and other platforms of CRM, Spares management and Customer servicesMinimum of 6 – 8 years’ experience in SAP SD modules configuration and implementationMust have worked in Manufacturing Domain exposure for at least 5-6 years at least. Overall experience of around 6 -8 years’ experience.
