Our mission is to deliver sealed, new, and original components from the world’s top manufacturers directly to our clients, as well as sourcing high-quality obsolete components to meet shortages and end-of-life procurement needs.About the Role:Vyrian is seeking an experienced Email Deliverability Expert to own and optimize the deliverability infrastructure behind our large-scale cold outbound email program. This role is responsible for ensuring our daily send volume of 25,000 to 30,000 emails consistently reaches inboxes, not spam folders, across major providers. This is a high-impact role where you will protect and improve performance by maintaining strong sender reputation and best-in-class deliverability practices.Key Responsibilities:MonthlyMonitor and analyze sender reputation, domain reputation, and IP reputation across key ISPs and providers.Run seed testing and inbox placement analysis to track placement rates and identify provider-specific issues.Review bounce and complaint patterns; refine suppression rules, list hygiene thresholds, and escalation playbooks.Produce monthly deliverability reporting covering open rates, bounce rates, spam complaint rates, sender scores, and inbox placement metrics, with actionable recommendations.DailyOwn authentication and DNS health across all sending domains (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI), including monitoring, troubleshooting, and change validation. Monitor inbox placement, reputation, and provider signals; adjust sending behavior (throttling, pacing, warm-up) to prevent rate limits and spam triggers.Detect and remediate deliverability incidents, including blacklist listings, spam foldering, and sudden placement drops, with rapid root-cause analysis and recovery actions. Manage bounce handling, suppression rules, and ongoing list hygiene, ensuring verification and validation controls are enforced before sends. Maintain and optimize integrations with deliverability and monitoring tools (for example, Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, MXToolbox, GlockApps, or similar) and coordinate with sales and marketing on content and cadence best practices.Additional ResponsibilitiesMaintain compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable regulations, including unsubscribe handling and suppression governance.Create incident response workflows for deliverability drops, blacklist events, and provider throttling, including clear internal communication.Document deliverability standards, operational runbooks, and domain governance processes for repeatability and scale.Advise on multi-domain sending strategy, domain rotation, and segmentation approaches to support scale and resilience.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing email deliverability for high-volume cold outbound programs (20,000+ daily sends).Expert-level knowledge of DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, and DNS-based email authentication.Proven experience with blacklist monitoring, remediation, and ISP-facing processes.Expert-level knowledge with deliverability monitoring and reputation tools.Strong understanding of email warm-up strategies, IP and domain reputation management, throttling, and inbox placement optimization.
