Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant at Dr. Tina's Skin Solutionz, located in Bengaluru. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and processing invoices. Key responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, assisting in audits, and maintaining accurate financial documentation. Collaboration with other departments for financial planning and analysis is also required. Qualifications Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and managing financial records tally Experience in preparing budgets, financial reporting, and processing invoicesKnowledge of tax regulations, compliance standards, and auditing processesStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks or TallyBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; professional certifications such as CPA or CA are advantageousEffective communication skills and the ability to work collaborativelyExperience within the healthcare or service industry is a plus
