Experience10+ years (High-end Residential & Hospitality Projects)Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Manager / Team Lead – Hospitality Interiors who can lead projects end-to-end, drive design excellence, and manage teams and stakeholders for high-end residential and hospitality interiors. The role demands a strong balance of creative design leadership, technical expertise, project management, and commercial understanding.What We’re Looking ForA design leader who can think creatively like a designer, execute like a project manager, and operate strategically like a business head.Key ResponsibilitiesLead entire project lifecycle from concept design, design development, coordination, execution to final handoverHead and mentor a multi-disciplinary design team (architects, interior designers, consultants)Drive design innovation with a strong eye for detail, materiality, and spatial experienceManage hospitality and luxury residential projects including hotels, resorts, restaurants, premium residences, etc.Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teamsPrepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and value-engineering proposalsEnsure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarksStay updated with new materials, finishes, systems, and global design trendsOversee vendor sourcing, negotiations, and performanceConduct design presentations, client pitches, and review meetingsEnsure compliance with design standards, statutory norms, and quality controlsKey RequirementsBachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design10+ years of experience in high-end residential and hospitality interiorsProven experience in handling projects independently from inception to handoverStrong design sensibility with a portfolio of executed luxury / hospitality projectsIn-depth knowledge of BOQs, estimates, specifications, and execution methodologiesHands-on experience with vendor management and material procurementExcellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAdded AdvantagesInternational working experience or exposure to international projectsExperience in driving a complete vertical (Design + Execution + Commercials)Strong understanding of project commercials, profitability, and cost controlExperience working with global consultants, brands, or hospitality operators
