Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Civil Engineer based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee and manage building construction projects, ensuring compliance with design plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and supervising construction activities, managing resources and timelines, and coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful completion of projects. QualificationsProven expertise in Civil Engineering Design and working as a Civil Engineer Having 3+ years of experience in residential projects Strong experience in project planning and coordination for construction projects Comprehensive knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and solutions In-depth understanding of Civil Engineering concepts and practices Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Relevant certifications or licenses in Civil Engineering are desirable Prior experience in residential and commercial building projects is preferred
