Agile-certified (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP). Strong knowledge of IVR, ACD, CRM, WFM, agent desktop, speech analytics. Experience with AI/ML-enabled tools (Agent Assist, Conversational AI, automation). Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and vendor management.
