Our client is looking for an Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services (EDMCS) Manager. You will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.Work you’ll do As a Manager in Enterprise Data Management team, you will: Lead strategic engagements with stakeholders to define, drive, and deliver sustainable enterprise Master Data Management initiatives aligned with client business objectives Oversee the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide master data management solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with best practices Direct the collection and analysis of complex business and technical requirements, manage delivery planning, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks Champion practice growth by developing go-to-market materials, leading sales pursuits, overseeing proof-of-concepts and solution prototypes, and mentoring team members through training and knowledge sharing The Team Business Finance, part of our Finance Transformation portfolio, delivers solution-as-a-service offerings focused on digital finance strategies, financial planning and analysis, and enterprise performance technologies. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and business acumen to join us in delivering innovative solutions and supporting clients in their transformation journey.Qualifications Must Have 10+ years’ experience leading and delivering enterprise master data management (MDM) programs in complex environments, with deep familiarity across ERP, EPM, and BI ecosystems Expert-level knowledge of data governance frameworks and MDM best practices, with a proven ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps Demonstrated hands-on leadership with cloud-based SaaS and PaaS platforms, driving adoption and integration across business units Strong track record in optimizing business workflows and managing change, including stakeholder alignment and organizational readiness Proficiency in leveraging automation tools (EPM Automate, REST APIs) and managing complex migration projects Deep experience in metadata management, data imports/exports, and Oracle Cloud EPM integration Experience of end-to-end implementations, including registering applications, managing node types, properties, viewpoints, and automating tasks Experience migrating from DRM to EDMCS and from on-premises to cloud environmentsGood to Have Successful oversight of EDMCS implementations, including end-to-end solution delivery and post-go-live support Advanced expertise in application registration, node type management, and user access administration within EDMCSEducation:BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent from accredited universityLocation:Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Mumbai/Gurgaon/Kolkata
