With over 90 years of experience in sugarcane processing, the company has built a strong foundation in the manufacture of sugar, supported by deep linkages with farmers across cane-growing regions. As the first to introduce sulphur-less branded sugar in India, DBOL specialises in the production of organic and agri-based goods, offering a diverse range of bio-based products, including sugar, jaggery, biofuels, domestic spirits, and various agricultural products. Currently managing three plants, we boast a collective capacity to process 22,000 MT (metric tons) of cane daily, yielding 2,200 MT of refined sugar and 800 MT of raw sugar per day. Our distillery can produce 312,000 litres of alcohol daily, and our renewable power generation capacity stands at 95.5 MWh. Key Responsibilities:Brand Management:Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen the company’s presence in the Sugar and FMCG sector.Oversee packaging, design, and positioning of sugar products to align with consumer preferences.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.Collaborate with sales teams to drive brand awareness and market penetration.Digital Marketing:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.Manage the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Develop engaging content strategies to drive traffic, customer engagement, and brand advocacy.Optimise website performance and implement e-commerce strategies for direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales.Analyses campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital analytics platforms.Advertising & Public Relations:Work with agencies and internal teams to develop and execute impactful digital and offline advertising campaigns.Manage brand collaborations and sponsorships to enhance visibility.Handle PR activities, including media relations and press releases, to build brand credibility and positive public perception.Consumer Engagement & CRM:Develop loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives to improve brand recall and customer retention.Utilises data analytics to understand consumer behaviours and refine marketing strategies accordingly.Implement digital tools such as chatbots and AI-driven insights to enhance customer interaction and feedback collection.Educational Qualifications:Education: MBA/PG in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in Brand Management and Digital Marketing, preferably from marketing & advertising agencies.Strong understanding of digital trends and analytics.Proven experience in social media management, paid advertising, and influencer marketing.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage external agencies.
