SRMB STEEL We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead the Accounts & Finance function in a senior / in-charge capacity. The candidate will be responsible for Balance Sheet finalization as per IND AS, MIS reporting, banking operations, and managing a team of finance professionals. Prior experience in the steel or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage. About the Role We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead the Accounts & Finance function in a senior / in-charge capacity. Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance Finalization of Balance Sheet and Financial Statements as per IND AS. Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax & Audit coordination. Liaison with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. MIS & Financial Analysis Preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial dashboards. Budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring. Support management with financial planning & decision-making insights. Banking & Treasury Handling banking relationships and working capital management. Fund flow, cash flow monitoring, and loan documentation. Coordination with banks for limits, renewals & compliance. Team Management Lead and manage a team of approx. 10 finance & accounts professionals. Ensure process efficiency, internal controls & SOP adherence. Mentor and guide team members for performance improvement. Process & Control Strengthening financial systems and internal controls. Monitoring receivables, payables & inventory accounting. Support ERP implementation and financial automation initiatives. Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory. 5–7 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in Steel / Manufacturing Industry preferred. Required Skills Strong knowledge of IND AS, financial reporting & taxation. Hands-on experience in MIS, banking, and team handling. Strong leadership, analytical & communication skills. ERP exposure (SAP / Tally / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics preferred). Preferred Skills Strategic financial planning. Cost control & commercial acumen. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong stakeholder & management coordination. Pay range and compensation package 20 LPA CTC
