Full job description We are looking for an HR Executive to lead our core HR operations and support the scaling of our fast-growing technology teams. The ideal candidate has strong experience in talent acquisition, people management, policy implementation, and culture building within a dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for tech & non-tech roles (screening, interviews, onboarding) Develop, update & enforce HR policies, SOPs, and documentation Manage employee lifecycle: joining, confirmation, appraisal, exit Handle attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and statutory requirements Run performance management, reviews & employee engagement activities Conflict resolution, grievance handling & workplace culture management Support leadership on hiring strategy and organizational development Coordinate with finance & management for manpower planning Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field Strong understanding of HR policies, hiring funnels, and compliance Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills Practical experience in ATS tools, HRMS, and recruiting platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple functions Preference for candidates with tech hiring experience US Shift Preferred.
