The QMS Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the organization’s Quality Management System across Aerospace & Defense, Medical Devices, Rail, and Automotive sectors. This role ensures compliance with applicable international standards, regulatory requirements, and customer-specific requirements, while driving a strong quality culture and continuous improvement mindset across the organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Life Sciences, or related discipline 10+ years of experience in Quality or QMS roles within regulated manufacturing industries Hands-on experience with multiple QMS standards (AS9100, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, IRIS/ISO 22163) Proven experience managing external audits and certifications Strong understanding of regulatory expectations (FAA/EASA, FDA, customer primes, OEMs) Lead Auditor certification is an added advantage Skills & Competencies Deep knowledge of QMS, compliance, and regulatory frameworks Strong leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities High attention to detail with a pragmatic, business-focused mindset Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills Proficient with quality tools: CAPA, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, MSA & 8D
