The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise integration solutions, REST APIs, and operational workflows across cloud and on-premise systems.Key Responsibilities:Involved in complete SDLC lifecycle including Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance.Design and develop REST APIs using API Manager and implement robust security profiles (OAuth, Basic Auth, Token-based authentication).Build and maintain integration workflows using connectors such as:DatabaseFTP / SFTPFile ShareHTTP / HTTPSTemporary StorageDevelop complex operational flows using Jitterbit scripting language for data transformation and orchestration.Perform migration and deployment of integration code to Cloud environments using Jitterbit Design Studio.Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.Handle Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, and real-time event-based integrations.Implement structured error handling mechanisms including:Retry strategiesException handlingAutomated email notifications to support teamsLogging and monitoring frameworksDebug and troubleshoot production issues using operational logs and monitoring tools.Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and high availability of integration solutions.Work in Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Use tools such as JIRA and SM9 for documentation, ticketing, and defect tracking.Provide L2/L3 production support and root cause analysis.Required Skills & Technical Expertise:10+ years of overall IT experience with strong middleware/integration background.5+ years of hands-on experience in Jitterbit Harmony / Design Studio.Strong experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform.Proven experience in Salesforce integration projects.Strong expertise in:REST API design and implementationAPI security profiles and governanceData mapping and transformationJSON, XML processingExperience with synchronous, asynchronous, and batch integrations.Strong debugging and log analysis skills.Experience in cloud deployments and release management.Knowledge of integration patterns and best practices.Preferred Qualifications:Jitterbit Certification.Dell Boomi Professional Developer Certification.Salesforce integration experience with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud.Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.Strong stakeholder communication skills.
