Job Title: 2D Designer — Event Management Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Designer to join our event management team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, brand activations, and social events. The role involves developing creative concepts, event branding elements, stage backdrops, digital creatives, and print materials that enhance the overall event experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creative concepts, layouts, and visual themes for events.Create event branding materials such as:Stage backdropsLED screen creativesEvent collateralsInvitations and signageBrochures and presentationsSocial media creativesDevelop 2D mockups and visualizations for event setups.Work closely with event planners, production team, and clients to understand requirements.Ensure brand consistency across all event designs.Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors for production.Revise designs based on feedback and meet project deadlines.Stay updated with design trends, event aesthetics, and visual storytelling techniques.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.2–5 years of experience in graphic/2D design (Only Event Industry Experience will be considered).Strong proficiency in:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorCorelDRAW (preferred)Adobe InDesign (optional)Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.Ability to visualize event environments and branding elements.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in the event industry.Knowledge of basic motion graphics or 3D visualization is a plus.Understanding of printing materials, fabrication, and event production processes.What We OfferOpportunity to work on diverse and high-profile events.Creative work environment.Growth and learning opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits.
