Work location: Bengaluru, in a hybrid work arrangement.Preferred experience: 5 to 10 years (Senior)Hiring Partner: GeektrustWe are hiring a CRM Manager for our customer to own and optimise their CRM platform (HubSpot) and drive Revenue Operations maturity across Sales and Marketing. This is not a purely administrative role. You will act as the central owner of the CRM ecosystem, ensuring clean data flow, optimised pipelines, strong attribution, and structured change management.What you would do:Own end-to-end CRM platform management, including pipelines, properties, workflows, automation, reporting, and user governance.Lead structured intake and execution of change requests from Sales and Marketing, ensuring quality control and documentation.Optimise lead management, lifecycle stages, prospecting workflows, and attribution models to improve revenue performance.Manage CRM integration touchpoints (website forms, tracking codes, Zapier, webhooks, ad platforms) to ensure accurate and reliable data flow.Drive documentation, process maturity, and continuous improvement, providing insights and recommendations for CRM enhancements and future investments.What you need:5–10 years of CRM management experience in HubSpot (first preference), Salesforce, or Monday CRM, with ownership of platform configuration and optimisation.Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations processes, supporting revenue-generating teams in multi-stakeholder environments.Hands-on experience managing workflows, automation, pipeline optimisation, and attribution/reporting in a mid-to-large scale setup (e.g., multiple pipelines, high lead volumes, or supporting revenue teams with measurable targets).Experience managing CRM integrations and overseeing data flow between marketing platforms, website forms, and CRM to ensure clean, accurate revenue reporting and attribution.Structured, analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management, documentation discipline, and the ability to manage ongoing CRM changes that directly impact pipeline visibility and revenue performance.
