We create communication that moves people, sharpens ideas, and strengthens trust.The Role: What You’ll Be Actually Doing:As our Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll turn complex healthcare ideas into visual stories that people understand and remember.You’ll work across digital, events, sales, and product marketing, shaping everything from pitch decks and social content to landing pages and event branding. You won’t just “make things look good.” You’ll make them clear, consistent, and commercially sharp.You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, commercial, and leadership teams to ensure every visual touchpoint reflects who we are: credible, modern, and human.If you love fast feedback loops, tight deadlines, and seeing your work out in the world quickly, this role will stretch you.Key Responsibilities Design high-quality visual assets across digital, social, events, and sales collateralBuild and refine pitch decks that help turn conversations into partnershipsCreate branded materials for events that feel cohesive, confident, and premiumSupport website updates and landing page visuals using WordPress and FigmaTranslate complex healthcare concepts into clean, digestible visualsDevelop initial concepts, iterate quickly, and respond constructively to feedbackMaintain brand consistency while elevating the visual identity as we scaleWork cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, and leadership teams to deliver on campaign goalsManage multiple projects at pace without sacrificing qualityAbout You2 + years of design experience (in-house, agency, freelance, or internships)A strong portfolio that shows clarity of thinking, not just aestheticsConfident using Figma, WordPress, Keynote, and Adobe Creative SuiteComfortable designing decks and sales materials that support commercial outcomesStructured in your workflow, organised, and deadline-awareOpen to feedback and able to iterate quickly without egoCurious about healthcare and motivated by meaningful workEnergised by a scaling, ambitious environment where standards are highBonus if you’ve worked in healthcare, tech, or events, but mindset and execution matter more.Why You’ll Love It HereMission with meaning – Your work will support initiatives that directly impact people living with rare and chronic conditions.Real ownership – You won’t be hidden behind layers.
