The role involves customer handling, EV scooter diagnostics, repairs, system updates, and strict adherence to safety and operational processes. Role Automobile Technician (EV Scooter) Roles & Responsibilities 1. Customer Handling Receive customers politely and greet them with professionalism Verify service requests and capture Voice of Customer (VOC) in the system Handle customer interactions both telephonically and face-to-face Provide timely updates to customers regarding repair status 2. Diagnosis Analyze and diagnose EV scooters to identify required repairs Update diagnosis reports in WMS (Getafix) Perform repairs as per customer concerns and conduct final inspections 3. System Handling Track customer complaints in Zendesk and update live status Operate Workshop Management System (Getafix) with 100% adherence Update operational status and ETA in both CRM and WMS Check scooter health using Telematics Command Centre for deep diagnosis 4. Technical Repairs Possess complete technical knowledge of EV scooters Repair or replace all scooter components as required Stay updated on technical training modules, EV bulletins, and product updates 5.
