Job Description

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Sales and Support Associate for a US-based independent board game publisher focused on developing interactive business simulation games. This is a full-time remote position.The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the team based in New Hampshire, USA.Experience required: 5-8 yearsTime: 5:30 pm IST - 2:30 am IST (Tuesday - Saturday)CTC: 9-15 LPALocation: RemoteType of employment: Full-timeResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and effectively to inquiries from support tickets, wholesale customers, and campaign backers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Filter and manage sales, support, and campaign inboxes daily; update account information for wholesalers and localizers. Support and coordinate crowdfunding campaigns (Kickstarter, Gamefound), including comments, updates, and administrative tasks.Assist in planning and organizing digital and marketing campaigns, and track/report performance across platforms.Maintain up-to-date dashboards, trackers, and master documents (inventory reports, comment logs, replacement request tracker, etc.).Help manage website content and e-commerce listings.Draft newsletters and updates for campaigns using Klayvio; post updates for backers on schedule.Support the Publisher by staying proactive, removing obstacles to productivity, and helping meet key deadlines.RequirementsProficiency with:QuickBooks OnlineGoogle SuiteAdobe Creative Cloud & Adobe Acrobat SignInventory management tools (SKU Vault)ShipStationCrowdfunding tools (Kickstarter, Gamefound) and email tools (Klayvio)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in sales, customer support, or campaign operations roles.Understanding of crowdfunding platforms, digital campaigns, and customer communication across channels.Experience with customer-facing communication across multiple channels.Ability to organize information, maintain trackers, and coordinate across multiple teams.Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
