CRM Management (Mautic)- Set up and manage Mautic CRM - Create segments, tags, custom fields - Define lifecycle stages (Lead → MQL → SQL → Customer → Repeat Customer) - Integrate CRM with website, WhatsApp API, SMS, Email, landing pages2. Build Automated Customer JourneysYou will design, build, and optimize automated flows for:Lead Nurturing- Day 0 → Day 14 drip flows - Industry-specific nurture paths - WhatsApp + Email + SMS multi-touch journeysSales Enablement- Auto-qualification sequences - Follow-up reminders - Demo booking workflowsOnboarding- Account setup - Product activation - First campaign success journeyRetention & Renewal- Renewal reminders - Upsell & cross-sell flows - Usage-based nudgesReactivation- Cold lead reactivation - Dormant customer reactivation3. Multichannel Campaign ManagementYou will run all engagement channels:WhatsApp- Automated sequences - Behaviour-triggered messages - Template optimizationEmail- Drips, newsletters, onboarding - Deliverability optimizationSMS- Alerts, reminders, confirmations - Payment nudgesRCS- Rich media campaigns - Industry-specific flows4. Analytics & Reporting- Build lifecycle dashboards - Cohort & retention analysis - Identify drop-offs & growth opportunities - A/B Testing for messages, timing, flows - Report L2P, activation, retention KPIs5.
