About the RoleWe’re building an in-house digital growth engine to scale lead generation for our Australian energy upgrades business (air conditioning, heat pumps, batteries). We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Digital Growth who will build and lead a small performance marketing team and own results across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website conversion and creative.This is not a social media role. You will be accountable to cost per qualified lead, bookings, and installs.What You’ll Do- Own performance across SEO, Google Ads & Meta Ads - Build and manage a small in-house team and freelancers (SEO, design, dev) - Set the growth roadmap and run weekly experiments - Own landing pages, CRO and conversion tracking - Work closely with sales/ops to improve lead quality - Report weekly on CPL, bookings, installs and ROI - Scale budget and channels once ROI is provenWhat We’re Looking For- 3–6+ years in performance marketing / growth - Proven lead-gen results for service businesses (not just e-commerce) - Strong Google Ads experience; solid Meta Ads & SEO understanding - Comfortable hiring and leading a small team - Data-driven (CPL/CPA focus, not vanity metrics) - Hands-on builder mindsetStrongly Preferred- Experience running performance marketing campaigns for Australia-based clients (Sydney/Melbourne or national) - Familiarity with AU consumer behaviour and local services funnelsApplication RequirementPlease include one example of a lead-generation campaign for a service business you’ve managed, including CPL/CPA and conversion outcomes.
