Role: Technical Project Manager / ArchitectFounding Engineering Team | Multi-Product DivisionLocation: Mhow/Indore (On-site preferred) | Remote for strong candidatesAbout the OpportunityGolden Pearl Group is building an in-house product engineering division to develop:- Multi-property Hotel & Resort Management System (Enterprise PMS) - Secure Defence Command Dashboards - AI-powered Applications - Cross-vertical Business Automation PlatformThis is a product-building role — not a vendor coordination or ticket-management job.We are looking for a hands-on engineering leader who can design systems and also write production code.Who This Role Is ForThis role is ideal for someone who:- Has built or architected production-grade SaaS systems - Understands backend, frontend, database, and deployment deeply - Enjoys solving complex workflow problems - Wants to build systems from zero, not just maintain legacy code - Can mentor developers and build engineering processesIf your experience is primarily limited to small websites, outsourced project coordination, or non-production systems, this role may not be the right fit at this stage.Core Responsibilities- Design scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture - Define database schema, RBAC models, API structures - Lead hands-on coding (40–50% involvement expected) - Establish CI/CD, code review, and engineering standards - Build and mentor a small high-performance engineering team - Oversee integration of payments, AI APIs, IoT feeds - Ensure security-first practices (RBAC, encryption, audit logs)Required Technical DepthYou should have strong hands-on experience in:- Next.js / React / TypeScript - Node.js (Express / NestJS) or equivalent - PostgreSQL schema design & optimization - Prisma or similar ORM - Multi-tenant SaaS architecture - RBAC implementation (API-level enforcement) - CI/CD setup and production deployments - Cloud hosting (Vercel / Railway / AWS basics) - Practical use of AI coding tools (Cursor / Copilot / Claude Code)Application FilterTo help us evaluate seriously interested candidates, please include:1.
