Job Title: Sr VLSI Design & Verification TrainerLocation: RemoteIndustry: Semiconductor / VLSI / ASIC / SoCExperience Required: 12+ Years’ ExperienceJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced VLSI Industry Expert to provide advanced, industry-aligned training to candidates preparing for senior-level roles in VLSI Design and Verification. The expert will deliver practical, real-world project-based training aligned with current semiconductor industry standards and methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Lead advanced VLSI design and verification training programs aligned with real-time industry projects from concept to closure.Deliver in-depth training on design verification methodologies, including verification planning, strategy development, execution, and sign-off.Develop and demonstrate verification environments using System Verilog and UVM.Provide hands-on training in functional verification planning, test bench architecture, stimulus generation, coverage-driven verification, debugging, and regression management.Train candidates on SoC/ASIC design components and IP verification, including memory IPs (DDR/HBM/GDDR).Provide practical exposure to advanced digital/IP design verification techniques used in semiconductor companies.Mentor and guide candidates in understanding architecture-level verification challenges and solutions.Share best practices in verification standard improvements and methodology optimization.Conduct mock interviews, technical evaluations, and real-world debugging scenarios.Guide candidates in project documentation, industry expectations, and leadership-level responsibilities.Core Technical Skills:12+ years of experience in complex digital/ASIC/SoC design and verificationStrong expertise in System Verilog and UVMExperience in advanced verification methodologies and environment developmentStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsVerification of memory IPs (DDR/HBM/GDDR) is an added advantageExperience handling end-to-end verification lifecycleLeadership experience in driving verification projectsExcellent communication and mentoring skillsEducational Qualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / VLSI Engineering
